01 · Sounds familiar?

Three reasons a good-looking site stays quiet.

If any of these sound like you, you are exactly who I build for.

01 · Conversion

Your site looks fine, but nobody calls, books or signs up.

Pages get built around what your visitors are actually looking for, with one clear next step on every screen: call, book, buy or sign up.

02 · Ownership

You can't update it without calling someone.

You get an editor you can use, a short training video, and you own the domain, the hosting and every file.

03 · Support

The last developer vanished after launch.

Replies within one business day, a care plan if you want one, and nothing held hostage. Ever.

02 · Experience in numbers

Six years, a thousand launches, every kind of site.

Numbers only matter when they stand for finished work. These come from six years of building for owners, founders and agencies, on whichever platform the project called for.

06 · Why one developer

I'm Santosh. You'll talk to me, not a ticket queue.

Since 2020 I have built and fixed websites for businesses, founders and agencies: more than a thousand pages and landing pages, over a hundred complete sites, and now web apps and automations. The one thing an agency cannot give you: the person who builds your site is the person who answers your email.

  • Replies within one business day

Email or a quick call, in your time zone's business hours.

  • You own everything

Domain, hosting, files, code and accounts stay in your name.

  • Any platform that fits

WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, Next.js and React, custom PHP.

07 · Questions

Things people ask before they book.

Something else on your mind? Ask on the call or email hello@mrsantosh.dev.

How much does a website cost?

Most business sites land between $2,500 and $6,000, depending on page count, how much of the writing I do, and extras like booking or payments. Landing pages start at $600, portfolios at $800. Web apps are quoted per scope and start around $4,000. You get a fixed quote within 2 business days of our call, and that number does not move unless you add scope.

How long does it take?

A landing page or portfolio takes one to two weeks. A business site takes three to five. A first version of a web app depends on the scope and gets its own timeline in the quote. The biggest variable is how quickly you send content and answers, so I send you a short list on day one.

Which platform will you use?

The one your business can keep using after I'm gone. WordPress with Elementor for most business sites, Webflow or Framer when design and motion matter more than plugins, Shopify for stores, Next.js and React with Supabase for web apps. I will tell you on the call which fits, and it is not always the most expensive one.

Who writes the words and takes the photos?

I write the page structure and a first draft of every page from a short interview and whatever material you already have. You correct the facts and the voice. For photos, your real team, work and workplace always beat stock. Phone photos in daylight are fine; I crop and edit them.

Do I own the site, the domain, the code and the hosting?

Yes, all of it. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting and the code repository are in your accounts, and you get admin access on launch day. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and nothing stops working.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes are included, plus a short screen-recorded video on how to edit the site yourself. After that, the care plan covers updates, backups, security and small changes for a flat monthly fee, or you can simply email me when you need something.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. I build SEO page batches, landing pages and full sites for agencies, credited or white label, with a QA report for every page. Your client relationship stays yours.
