Services

Seven services. Real prices. One person accountable.

Every project starts with a 20-minute call and a fixed quote. Pick the one that fits, or ask me which one you actually need.

01 · Who this is for

Business owners, founders and the agencies that serve them.

One standard of craft for all three. Owners get a site that brings in work. Founders get a first version that proves the idea. Agencies get pages that pass QA the first time.

02 · The seven services

What each one includes, what it costs, and what it does not cover.

1Business websites

A website that explains, earns trust and gets the next step

$2,500 – $6,000

3–5 weeks

Who it's for

Any business that sells a service or a product and needs a site people trust in ten seconds: trades, clinics, consultants, restaurants, real estate, local shops.

What's included

  • Page plan built around what your customers search for and ask about
  • Design on your brand, approved on a hero and one page before the full build
  • 5 to 10 pages, written with you and edited for clarity
  • Contact form, call button, booking or ordering link that work on a phone
  • Speed, basic SEO setup, Google Business Profile link, analytics
  • Training video and 30 days of fixes after launch

Not included

  • Logo design, photography and copywriting from scratch (quoted separately)
  • Ongoing changes after the first 30 days (that is the care plan)
2Landing pages

One page, one goal, nothing in the way

From $600 per page

1–2 weeks

Who it's for

Ads, launches, a single service, a webinar, an app waitlist. Anything where the visitor should do exactly one thing.

What's included

  • Message matched to the ad or the source the visitor came from
  • The form or button above the fold, and again at the end
  • Proof blocks: reviews, numbers, logos, whatever you can back up
  • Conversion tracking wired up so you know what worked
  • Variants for A/B tests when you want them

Not included

  • Running the ads themselves
  • Copywriting from zero (I structure and edit; you bring the facts)
3Portfolios and personal brands

A site that gets you hired, booked or remembered

$800 – $2,000

1–2 weeks

Who it's for

Photographers, designers, writers, consultants, coaches, developers and professionals who need a credible home online.

What's included

  • A clear story: who you are, what you do, who it is for
  • Work or case studies presented so they are easy to scan
  • Contact or booking path on every page
  • Fast, image-friendly build on Framer, Webflow, WordPress or code
  • A domain, email and social links set up properly

Not included

  • Photography or writing your bio from scratch
  • Ongoing content updates (care plan)
4Web apps and SaaS MVPs

A working first version of your product

From $4,000

Quoted per scope, usually 4–8 weeks

Who it's for

Founders with a clear idea who need something real to show users, partners or investors, without hiring a team.

What's included

  • Scope workshop: the one core flow the first version must nail
  • Next.js and React front end, Supabase for sign-in, data and files
  • Payments with Stripe when the product charges money
  • Admin view so you can see what users are doing
  • Deployed on Vercel with previews for every change, code in your GitHub

Not included

  • Native mobile apps
  • Features outside the agreed first version (quoted as a second phase)
5AI automations · pilot

Small automations that give you hours back

Pilot pricing, agreed per case

Ask on the call

Who it's for

Businesses drowning in repeat tasks: lead follow-up, review requests, intake forms, weekly reporting, replying to the same questions.

What's included

  • A map of the one process that wastes the most time
  • An automation built with tools you can see and switch off
  • Clear limits: what it does, what it never does, who checks it
  • A month of monitoring and tuning after it goes live

Not included

  • Promises of autonomous anything. This is a pilot and it is labeled as one.
  • Replacing your staff
6Agency production

Reliable hands for your client sites

From $150 per SEO page · builds quoted per project

Batch by batch

Who it's for

Agencies that need pages and builds delivered on time, to their standard, credited or quiet.

What's included

  • SEO page batches in Elementor, Divi, Webflow, Squarespace or Wix, with a QA report per page
  • White-label full sites and landing pages under your brand
  • Weekly previews, no surprises before the client call
  • QA on every page: metadata, links, headings, 375px mobile, duplicate URLs, leftover placeholders

Not included

  • Client communication on your behalf (your relationship stays yours)
7Video and reel editing · new

Short videos people watch to the end

From $60 per reel · monthly packs from $400 (8 reels)

2–3 days per reel

Who it's for

Creators, coaches, founders and local businesses posting on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok who have the footage but not the hours to edit it.

What's included

  • Cuts that drop the dead air and keep the best take of every line
  • Captions in your brand style, kept inside each platform's safe zones
  • B-roll, zooms and simple motion graphics where they help the point
  • Music and sound from royalty-free libraries, timed to the cut
  • Exported in 9:16 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, with a cover frame
  • One round of changes on every reel

Not included

  • Filming, writing scripts from scratch, or posting for you
  • Long-form YouTube edits (quoted separately)

03 · How every project runs

The three habits behind every quote.

They are why the price is fixed and the launch date holds.

101

Strategy before design

Page flow, messaging and calls to action are planned on paper first. You approve the plan before anything is designed.

202

Checked at four sizes

Every screen is reviewed at 1440, 1280, 768 and 390 pixels with your real content, not placeholder text.

303

A handover you can use

Native builds with global styles, a short walkthrough video and written notes, so you can edit without calling anyone.

Add-on to any service

Monthly care plan

$99 – $249 / month

Updates, backups and security checks every month, speed and uptime monitoring, small content changes, priority replies within one business day, and a short monthly note on what changed. Cancel any time.

Free, no strings

Not sure which one you need? Start with a free teardown.

Send me your current site or a link to what you have. You get a five-point video review within 48 hours: what is costing you customers, what to fix first, and what I would leave alone.

04 · Questions

Before you pick a service.

Which platform should my site be on?

The one your business can keep using after I'm gone. WordPress with Elementor for most business sites: easy to edit, cheap to host, every SEO tool supports it. Framer or Webflow when design and motion matter more than plugins. Squarespace or Wix when you already live there and it works. Shopify for stores. Next.js and React with Supabase for web apps. I will tell you on the call which one fits, and it is not always the most expensive one.

Can I edit the site myself afterward?

Yes. Every build uses the platform's own editor with global styles, so changing a price, a photo or a paragraph is a two-minute job. For web apps you get an admin view and the code in your own GitHub. You get a short screen-recorded walkthrough and written notes at handover.

What do you need from me to start?

Twenty minutes on a call, your logo if you have one, photos of your real work and team, and answers to a short questionnaire. For an app, a one-page description of what the first version must do. I send the list on day one so you can knock it out early.

Is the AI automation work ready for real businesses?

It is a pilot, and I say so everywhere. The automations are small and visible, with clear limits and a human checking them. If your problem fits, you get a working pilot at pilot pricing. If it does not fit yet, I tell you on the call.

Ready when you are

Let's build the thing that brings the work in.

A 20-minute call, no pitch deck. If I'm not the right fit for your project, I'll tell you who might be.
