About

Hi, I'm Santosh. I build the websites, apps and automations that bring the work in.

Web designer and developer, working from Mumbai with business owners, founders and agencies, mostly in the US. One person, start to finish.

01 · The short version

Why I work this way.

Since 2020 I have built and fixed websites for businesses, founders and agencies: more than a thousand pages and landing pages, over a hundred complete sites, across WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify and custom code. Lately that includes web apps in Next.js and React, and small automations.

Agency work taught me what actually makes a site earn its keep: clear offers, pages that match what people search for, a site that loads fast on a phone, and one obvious way to take the next step. It also taught me what clients hate: not knowing who to call, and paying for things they cannot see.

So I work directly with owners and founders now, and with agencies that want the same standard. You talk to the person who builds it. You see a preview link every week. You own the domain, the hosting, the code and every file. And if I'm not the right fit, I say so on the first call. I'm still learning every month, and I say that too.

02 · How I work

Six rules I don't break.

They are the difference between a site that gets launched and a site that gets used.

1Rule 01

Honest scope before any money changes hands

A fixed quote with pages or features, timeline and what I need from you. If something is out of scope, you hear it before, not after.

2Rule 02

One screen approved before the whole thing is built

Hero plus one inside screen first. We fix the look there, then I build the rest.

3Rule 03

Preview links you can open on your phone

No PDFs, no 'imagine it like this'. You see the real thing as it grows.

4Rule 04

Plain-English updates

A short note each week on what changed and what I need. No jargon.

5Rule 05

You own every account, file and line of code

Domain, hosting, forms, analytics, GitHub, all in your name. Nothing held hostage.

6Rule 06

If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so

Some projects need a team or a different specialist. I'll tell you who.

03 · Process

A visible process, from first call to handover.

You always know which stage we are in and what happens next.

  1. 1Stage 1

    Discover

A 20-minute call, a short questionnaire, a sitemap or feature list, and a written brief, all before design starts.

    • Goals and audience
    • Pages or features
    • Content you already have
  2. 2Stage 2

    Design

The hero and one inside screen first. We fix the look there, then I design the rest to match.

    • Hero approved
    • One interior proof
    • Mobile layout agreed
  3. 3Stage 3

    Build

Section by section on a preview link you can open on your phone. Custom code only where it adds something.

    • Weekly preview
    • Four screen sizes
    • Forms routed and tested
  4. 4Stage 4

    Launch and handover

Forms tested, metadata and indexing set, speed measured, and a walkthrough delivered with the notes.

    • Checks passed
    • Indexed by Google
    • Fast on mobile
    • Handover notes

05 · A few facts

Good to know before we talk.

Based in Mumbai, India

I work US hours for calls and replies. Time zones have never been a problem for my clients; a 20-minute call will show you why.

Replies within one business day

Email or a quick call. You will never wonder whether I got your message.

Independent, not an agency

No account managers, no hand-offs. The person on the call is the person who builds it.

Ready when you are

Let's build the thing that brings the work in.

A 20-minute call, no pitch deck. If I'm not the right fit for your project, I'll tell you who might be.
