What I collect

If you send the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, business name, email address, website if you add it, the service and budget range you pick, and your message. If you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the time you choose. That is all the personal information this site asks for.

To reply to you, prepare for our call and, if we work together, to do the work. I do not sell or rent your details, add you to a newsletter you did not ask for, or share them with anyone except the services that run this website.

Form messages are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and emailed to me at hello@mrsantosh.dev. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Bookings are handled by the calendar tool linked from the contact page. Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and keeps the data on servers in the United States.

I use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and roughly where they come from. It sets cookies and records an anonymized version of your IP address. There is no advertising tracking on this site. If you block cookies or analytics in your browser, everything here still works.

Messages from people who do not become clients are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for tax purposes afterward.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email hello@mrsantosh.dev and I will do it within a few business days. You can also email instead of using the form if you prefer.
